Hi Janice, Thanks for your message. You might want to search for “Suzuki” violin teachers in your area. The Suzuki Method is a wonderful approach to music education for young children. With the right teacher, and the parent’s active participation with the lessons and practice time, this method is extremely effective. To learn more about the Suzuki method, I recommend the book “Nurtured by Love” by Shinichi Suzuki. (you can buy it on Amazon.) Good luck! -Debbie
